Chancellor Angela Merkel has thrown with a remark about the Internet hilarity and ridicule in the network. “The Internet is all new territory for us,” Merkel said in a question to the internet Spähprogramm the United States at the press conference with Barack Obama. “Something like the Indians must have felt when Columbus at them, breaking new ground ‘discovered,” wrote a user of the messaging service Twitter. A Twitter profile called “Neuland Internet” sent the set into the net: “When I grow up I want to be Chancellor of territory.” The Chancellor had gone there to legal aspects, later clarified government spokesman Steffen Seibert.
