Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – New technology makes more realistic … – play3.de

The developers Sledgehammer Games set for “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” on a completely new engine that will be introduced not only in the shooter series innovations but also for the entire shooter genre. The performance of the new platforms makes it, according to the Senior Development Director Aaron Halon possible, more present on the screen, more special effects and textures with higher resolutions.

Even with the game characters should do something, such as Halon said: “We have simulated muscles in the face, [...] what is new.” Through such innovations emotions and feelings of the characters should be able to be represented much better without that the characters have to explain what they feel. The player can recognize the facial expression, what the character feels.

“You can see a quality in the faces and the performances that we previously could not offer,” said Halon. “This is very exciting for someone who wants to tell a story.” Developers expect with these new features that players can be drawn deeper into the stories, including the convincing acting performances by Hollywood greats such as Kevin Spacey will play its part .

“Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” appears in this country on November 4, among others for PlayStation 4 and PS3
