Inside the tubular aluminum housing, a faster 3.7 GHz quad-core processor type Intel Xeon E5 works. Optionally, a 3.5 GHz six-core and a 2.7 GHz 12-core processor. The 3999 Euro more expensive one comes in the basic equipment with the six-core chip.
The RAM is the standard in 12 (quad-core) and 16 GB (six-core) and can be expanded to 32 or 64 GB. The graphics solution Apple uses two workstation GPUs from AMD. The cheaper version is equipped from the factory with AMD Dual FirePro D300. Alternatively, customers can also upgrade to the Dual FirePro D500, which at the 3999 Euro expensive version for use comes standard.
