The operator of the site has obtained a temporary injunction against “The archives AG” according to a report of FR-Online before the Regional Court of Hamburg. The Swiss company lies well behind the dubious warning wave.
FR-Online quoted the vice president of the streaming portal with the words, “This decision is a victory not only for the users of redtube, but for every person who visits the streaming websites. It is a clear message that the use of personal information and the invasion of privacy from a purely financial interests will not be tolerated. “
