Galaxy S7 with BRITE CELL camera? Samsung introduces new technology before – CURVED

Maintains the Samsung Galaxy S7 a brand new camera technology? Samsung has introduced the so-called BRITE CELL technology as part of an information event for investors. A fact-based image sensor promises better recording quality in low light conditions, such SamMobile reported.

BRITE CELL not relying on larger pixels such as HTC with its Ultra pixel technology. The announcement thus contradicts rumors about a 12-MP sensor for the Galaxy S7 with larger but fewer pixels. In fact, the particular photosensitive pixels at BRITE CELL are only one micron size even smaller than the 1.12-micron pixel predecessor. The size of the camera module thus allegedly let reduce without affecting the photosensitivity.

For the time being called Samsung yet no concrete smartphones that will be equipped with the new sensor. However, it is conceivable that the Galaxy S7 Isocell the technology of the Galaxy S5 and S6 Galaxy will turn their backs. Features such as Samsung’s Smart WDR for sharper shots by multiple exposure dominates BRITE CELL continue.

Samsung had introduced a new sensor in July, in which it seems already to act to now presented as BRITE CELL chip. However, seemed at the time, no decision for a catchy name to have fallen: S5K3P3 was the code name at the time, but he also possessed about 1 micron wide pixels. What technology really is in the Galaxy S7, we know probably on February 21, then the next top smartphone will be officially presented namely.
