Leipzig (ots) – the online shoppers Go to Christmas time again in the department stores and markets. Together with the Leipzig Graduate School we take the test in 4,200 stores throughout Germany.

Our mystery shoppers visit the stores of 84 top brands in the 50 most populous cities in Germany. We want to know how the trade in the selling season deal with the challenges of the online competition in its stationary stores.
