The Internet giant Google has developed a new technology for its own account, with the search for child pornography on the Internet is difficult. In an article for the British newspaper “Daily Mail” wrote Google CEO Eric Schmidt, corresponding to more than 100,000 searches were blocked as a result.

The system is therefore initially installed for the English-speaking countries and extended within six months on the rest of the world and 158 other languages.

The announcement was made just before a top-level meeting on security in the internet when British Prime Minister David Cameron. Participants at the meeting on Monday are representatives from Google, Microsoft and other Internet companies.

Cameron had appealed in July at the business of search engines to block access to child pornography sites more.

Schmidt wrote in his post, in the past three months, more than 200 Google employees were concerned with getting to grips with the problem technically.

It should be able to eliminate further appropriate inquiries with the internet links to relevant pages in the search results.

addition, Google strives to prevent, in collaboration with Microsoft, the proliferation of child pornographic photos. Here is each photo that was classified as illegal, are marked with a kind of digital fingerprint. Using this technology, it should be possible to filter out the corresponding pictures again and to prevent their release. The technology for this labeling comes from Microsoft.
