Background: Qualcomm has been one of the global tribe clients of DLA Piper. The German team led by Parameswaran was now, however, as far as known the first time working for the US company. The Hamburg partner has by JUVE information on very close contacts with the office in San Diego. Beside him, the Hamburger Counsel Dr. Nicolaysen Issachar was with in the leadership

Also, the technology group TDK reached with the mandating of Morrison & amp. Foerster back on a firm, which he knows well internationally. However, the US firm had in the mandate, in which the German subsidiary Epcos plays a central role, according to reports however claim in a pitch. The German lawyers advised the Munich module manufacturer and its Japanese parent for the first time. In Germany Morrison had opened in Berlin until 2013., the media and transaction expert Christoph Wagner came his time with the majority of the Berlin team of Hogan Lovells. In this deal reportedly beside him especially senior associate Robin Eyben was visibel.

When TDK had acquired seven years ago Epcos, the Japanese attacked at Linklaters and its partner Dr. Klaus Hoenig back. Epcos turn sat on Clifford Chance and a team led by Dr. Wolfgang Richter, however, is a partner at CMS Hasche Sigle since last year. Even away from the takeover by TDK Clifford was for years often worked for Epcos and discussed about in several capital measures. (René Bender)
