Galaxy Tablet for Toddlers -

class=”wp_keywordlink”> Samsung will open up with the Galaxy Tab 3 kids in the near future a new target group. The tablet comes in toddler-friendly colors with a rounded stand, reminiscent of baby toys and you might come across in some ten year olds to rejection. At the International Consumer Electronics Fair (IFA) in Berlin will be demonstrated for the first time next week.

Technical basis is the standard Samsung Galaxy Tab Tablet 3 Android and 7-inch screen. Except for a protective Case with Stand Samsung has added software engineering and its usual TouchWiz interface is replaced by a fairer child. Also, educational software and games for children are playing up at the factory.


Google Play to access the children’s tablet on a special app store for children. Presumably can prevent this by default, their offspring may invest larger sums in software there parents. As child protection, there is also a timer: If specified by the parents daily service life, the tablet turns off by itself


The resolution of the screen will be 1024 x 600 pixels. The children also have to make do with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The difference with the current Android 4.3 due to the intermediate grade children surface but should be hardly noticeable.

Samsung’s IFA stand 3 is probably find a place alongside the Galaxy Tab Smart Gear Watch Galaxy and the Galaxy Note phablet third Both Samsung will officially take place on two days before his exhibition opening press conference on 4 September imagine how company representatives have announced. But on the market it comes first in Samsung’s native South Korea, and still this month. A release date or price for other countries is not known.
